This Rental Agreement governs the short-term hire of a Só Sauna unit for residential use in Ireland. By booking a sauna rental, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Parties

Provider: Só Sauna, Irish-owned and operated.

Renter: The individual or household booking the sauna for private use.

2. Rental Period

Rentals are available on a short-term basis (typically 1–7 days).

Start and end dates are confirmed at booking.

3. Usage Terms

Sauna is for private, non-commercial use only.

Renter must ensure safe operation and follow provided usage guidelines.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No smoking, pets, or unauthorized modifications allowed.

4. Payment & Deposit

Full payment is due at booking.

A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damage or misuse.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe or approved methods.

5. Delivery & Setup

SÓ Sauna will deliver and install the unit at the agreed location.

Renter must ensure clear access and a suitable surface for placement.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

7. Liability

Só Sauna is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

Renter assumes responsibility for the sauna during the rental period.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with third parties except for payment processing.
